Switch frappe/erpnext from develop to fixed version-16 branch, crm stays on main
Add own apps ecommerce_integrations (shopware6-dach) and confirm LeadScraper-Google (main)
Add ALYF German localization apps: erpnext_germany, erpnext_druckformate, eu_einvoice, erpnext_pdf-on-submit
Migrate Forgejo domain from forgejo.localdomain to git.web-seo-consulting.eu (origin remote, apps.json, docker-compose.yml build context)
Refresh README.md and docs/install.md to match the new branch/app/domain state

feat(stack): switch to version-16 and add ecommerce_integrations + ALYF German localization apps 3eb426c79c

Replace the develop branch tracking with fixed version-16 branches for
frappe/erpnext (crm stays on main, which supports frappe <17) to match
the version the own apps (LeadScraper-Google, ecommerce_integrations)
already run on. Add ecommerce_integrations (shopware6-dach branch) and
the four ALYF apps (erpnext_germany, erpnext_druckformate, eu_einvoice,
erpnext_pdf-on-submit) for German e-invoicing and localization support.

fix(config): update Forgejo domain to git.web-seo-consulting.eu 7b21f33906

The self-hosted Forgejo instance moved from the local-only
forgejo.localdomain to the public git.web-seo-consulting.eu domain.
Update the origin remote and all in-repo references (apps.json,
ner-service build context) accordingly.

docs: refresh README and install guide for version-16 and new apps 0d9b51fae6

Bring the two docs in sync with the actual stack config (already
switched in a prior commit): frappe/erpnext now track version-16
instead of develop, crm stays on main, and apps.json lists the two
own apps plus the four ALYF German-localization apps.
