Root cause of the healthcheck always failing / blocking up -d: the official shumc/imagor image doesn't have wget installed, only curl (verified against the image's own Dockerfile). Switched to curl without -f, which exits 0 on any HTTP response — the only thing worth checking since imagor has no documented health endpoint.

fix: use curl instead of wget for imagor healthcheck ... 80a50c25de

The official shumc/imagor image doesn't ship wget, only curl (per its
own Dockerfile), so the wget-based healthcheck always failed
immediately and blocked "docker compose up -d" from ever reporting
healthy. curl without -f/--fail exits 0 on any HTTP response
(including 4xx/5xx from an unhandled root path), which is exactly
"the server responds at all" - the only thing this healthcheck needs
to verify given imagor has no documented health endpoint.
