Zusammenfassung

configs/shopware/.env.local neu angelegt — gleiches Referenzkopie-Muster wie configs/shopware/z-shopware.yaml, muss manuell nach .env.local im Shopware-Projektcode deployed werden
Enthält nur, was nicht schon als Compose-Env-Var abgebildet ist: aktuell MAILER_DSN (SMTP, projektspezifisch)
.gitignore-Ausnahme ergänzt (!configs/shopware/.env.local), da die pauschale .env.local-Regel das Template sonst versteckt hätte
Projekt.md entsprechend dokumentiert

Testplan

docker compose config -q weiterhin fehlerfrei
git check-ignore bestätigt: Datei ist trotz globaler .env.local-Regel trackbar

Same reference-copy pattern as configs/shopware/z-shopware.yaml -
deploys to .env.local in the Shopware project code. Most classic
.env.local values (APP_SECRET, DATABASE_URL, INSTANCE_ID, Redis/
Messenger DSNs) are already real container env vars in
docker-compose.yml; Symfony never overrides an existing env var from
.env.local. What's left is per-shop and not yet mapped as a compose
env var - currently just MAILER_DSN. Added a .gitignore exception
since the blanket .env.local rule would otherwise hide this template.
